Cinnamon sticks

Also known as cassia cassia, Chinese cassia, or cassia bark comes from the Lauraceae plant family

Cinnamon sticks are commonly used in diffusers for essential oils and as an herbal remedy. The aromatic nature of this ingredient has made it a popular ingredient for centuries, and it is now commonly used for a variety of aromatherapy purposes.
