Bee Pollen

The Chinese, Romans, and Egyptians considered pollen a magic remedy. In China, pollen was first described over 2,000 years ago as a sweet, neutral taste. To this day, China remains the largest producer of pollen in the world followed by the United States

If you intend to store bee pollen for more than a few weeks after purchase, refrigeration is recommended. Dried pollen is usually taken in capsule form, up to 10 tablets per day of 500 mg each, as an extract, or it can be given directly or sprinkled on food. Bee pollen extracts are used in some skin care products
